A new restaurant creates the possibility to explore different flavors and satisfy your culinary fantasies. With hundreds of new restaurants in Dubai opening in 2023, you have officially run out of excuses to visit the same old places with your friends. We took this opportunity to visit all the new restaurants that recently opened their doors and welcomed us. Needless to say, we were rewarded with delicious food and beverages even when we thought we had seen all of Dubai.
Let’s have a rundown of newly opened restaurants in Dubai.
1. The Grazer
Address: Al Ohood Street, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Phone: +971 4 518 7777
Located in the bustling neighborhood of Al Ohood Street, The Grazer is a new fine dining in Dubai, opened in September that offers you scrumptious meals with a healthy streak.
And we have a weakness for healthy, mouthwatering treats.
The restaurant is a trendy take on organic food culture and prepares its homemade dishes using fresh and local ingredients. And by mouthwatering, we mean vegan pancakes, Latino breakfast burritos, and the Shakshuka. The “high protein” plate filled with poached eggs, quinoa, asparagus, and sour cream was a pleasant surprise for us when we wanted to resist their cheat day temptations.
The restaurant itself is a welcoming and innovative space with a clean and modern vibe. The white tabletops, baby blue painted walls, and vibrant indoor plants at each corner add a rare elegance to this place.
2. Blue Box Café Dubai
Address: Dubai Mall – 2, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Phone: +971 4 250 4935
Take out the most beautiful dress from your wardrobe and prepare to be dazzled – Tiffany & Co. Blue Box Café, one of the trendiest new restaurants, has come to the Middle East.
The restaurant recently opened in Dubai Mall and offers three high-end culinary packages for its visitors – sweet and savory delights paying an ode to Breakfast at Tiffany’s, an artistic high-tea setup, and an À La Carte seasonal menu offering sensational classics.
The walls, tables, and chairs of the restaurant are dressed in eccentric designs and the iconic Tiffany Blue. A giant chandelier-like structure composed of Tiffany boxes is the eye-catching element of every person who visits this place. This outlet in Dubai offers a French touch to its menu, so grab a croissant and your choice of coffee at one of the best new restaurants in Dubai.
Your inner Holly Golightly will thank you for it.
3. Tagomago
Address: Azure Residence, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Phone: +971 4 340 0829
Tagomago brought its Spanish charm to Palm Jumeirah in 2023.
This is one of our most favorite newly opened restaurants in Dubai. With a beach, bar, and restaurant radiating true Balearics bohemian vibes, we couldn’t help but head over to The Palm to spend the day among glittering waters and sunset drinks.
And like the other new restaurants in Dubai, Tagomago put its best foot forward to claim its well-earned place in our list. The whole team is dedicated to elevating your experience at the beach by offering suitable food and drinks. Think of eating padron peppers, garlic prawns, and the sweetness of churros, while the salty breeze of the ocean meets you on the other end.
We were delighted to find authentic “Paella” after searching long and hard throughout Dubai. The restaurant is still adding more and more elements to refine the customer experience. Live music sets the stage for you and your friends to bond over delicious food.
4. Eleven Green
Address: Meyan Mall, Al Thanya St, Umm Suqeim 2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
The smell of juicy hand-pressed beef burgers invited us to try Eleven Green – a new hamburger restaurant in Umm Suqeim 2.
The burger bar is a new projection of the famous supper club Tanos At 8 team, promising to deliver their burgers even fresher and juicier than before. Their Bull Burger, filled with Wagyu Beef and cheddar cheese, and Double Trouble, filled with more beef and even more cheese, is the highlight of their menu.
The interior of this restaurant is not something you would expect from many newly opened restaurants in Dubai. Simple wooden tables and chairs fill the place, with just the right amount of lighting setting up the atmosphere.
But the long queue waiting to get their hands on delicious burgers is the true testament to the promising food quality of this place.
5. Limonata
Address: Club Vista Mare, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Phone: +971 58 140 5777
Clear, sweet, and fizzy. Limonata is the perfect place to cool down Dubai’s heat.
It is among the best new restaurants in Dubai that quickly became a hotspot for Instagram influencers. As people flooded the restaurant, so did we. And to say the least, we were impressed!
The Italian restaurant is one of the popular new restaurants in Dubai that smartly fuses the flavors of Italy with the shores of Dubai. Expect to find a variety of classic Italian dishes like oven-baked pizza and Carpaccio. The tiramisu is something no guest at Limonata misses out on. They have also recently launched a kid-friendly menu to help your little ones get their hands messy not just with beach sand but with pasta dough and tomato sauce as well.
The place is bursting with colors and flavors. The sunbeds, chairs, walls, and umbrellas in the place are painted a refreshing lemon-yellow. This is the sort of place that can make your beach experience even more breezy and sparkling.
6. Eugène Eugène
Address: Kempinski Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Rd, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Phone: +971 4 379 8963
Eugène Eugène is just the kind of brasserie that Dubai needed.
We have seen some seriously aesthetic spots in the city, but still, this new fine dining in Dubai managed to steal our breath away. Each corner of the restaurant is decorated in cool tones that manage to maintain an atmospheric ambiance of the whole place.
The real hero of the place is the kitchen, which is responsible for most of the hype around this restaurant. The chefs create classic delicacies and add a modern touch to them. Just like the whole restaurant is decorated garden-style, but with a contemporary and elegant design. This makes Eugène Eugène a trendy addition to new restaurants in Dubai. Expect to find some delicious items on the menu, like Crozets a la Truffe, Vanilla Tomato Tartare, and Truffle Artichoke Spinach Salad.
The décor is inspired by market halls and greenhouses, and everywhere you can find lush greenery in small pots, overhanging planters, and even whole walls covered in plants.
7. Soirée
Address: Al Amal St, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Phone: +971 55 413 6648
Soirée puts a casual spin on traditional and classic wine-tasting gatherings.
All the new restaurants in Dubai are introducing an angle to stand out from their competitors, and Soirée is using its funky wine culture with its Manhattan-style parlor. You can order one of their funky or natural wines by glass so that you can break free from the restrictions of conventional wine tasting and enjoy a relaxed environment with your friends.
Their menu offers a wide selection of wines like Chardonnay, Grenache, and Glera. While you are sipping on a glass of wine, don’t forget to explore their delectable food items like Chicken Sando, Sea bass ceviche, and slow-cooked beef cheek served with malt jus.
The restaurant itself is a charming show of low and ambient lights and a marvelous display of wine racks.
8. Fusion Ceviche
Address: JLT Cluster Q, Saba Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Phone: +971 4 449 6292
Be the first among your friends to taste authentic Peruvian cuisine at this new fine dining in Dubai.
The restaurant reopened in October 2023 after a long break due to kitchen renovations. And we can safely say, it’s even better than before.
Their classic Ceviches are the most famous ingredient on their menu. There is a raw fish selection for people of all taste preferences, like sea bass, smoked salmon, tuna fish, and even octopus.
It’s already easy to lose yourself to the place when you are welcomed by a classic Peruvian style décor that transports you to the colors and traditions of the home country. From printed floor and wall tiles to wooden bar stools and earthy tones of the walls, this new restaurant in Dubai quickly runs out of space as foodies fill the space in large groups.
9. Andina Dubai
Address: Marina Gate Towers, Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Phone: +971 52 627 2190
Andina is a big name in the Peruvian picanterías in London. It recently stretched its branches to Dubai Marina, to spread its 10 years of Latin American magic to the city of Gold.
Andina is one of the best new restaurants in Dubai that takes its customer service as seriously as its food quality, in authentic Peruvian spirits.
However, much to the dismay of its regular customers, the restaurant decided to take a temporary break in March. They claim to use this space to find local partners and spice up their ideas and recipes.
10. Zenon
Address: Dubai Mall Hotel Lobby Level, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Phone: +971 48 377 222
The culinary map of new restaurants in Dubai takes on an AI makeover with Zenon.
This new restaurant in Dubai is bringing gastronomic and panoramic experiences together to pay tribute to the Greek gods. We went there seriously underestimating the power of AI entertainment in a restaurant. And needless to say, the place did everything to engage our senses in every way possible.
The global influences of Mediterranean and Asian cuisines dominated every recipe. We gladly surrendered all our assumptions regarding Zenon in front of an aromatic plate of Tagliolini with Galician Clams and Japanese Wagyu.
The culinary experience is a bit daunting too, we must say. A giant life-sized holographic display of Medusa and Prometheus staring at you from one of the walls doesn’t make it easy to ignore them, and the fascinating views that the restaurant offers – even if the food does everything to distract you.
11. 42 MidTown
Address: The Onyx Tower 2, The Greens, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Phone: +971 4 519 1186
The new restaurants in Dubai performing well in this competitive space are those offering exciting brunch and dinner offers to their guests.
42 Midtown is a culinary marriage between flavors of New York and Europe. The bold ingredients in their food and cocktail menu help them stand out, proving that each dish is a masterpiece on its own. We are talking about their famous 42 MidTown Cheese board, the black truffle Mascarpone, and the 42 Midtown Sticky BBQ Short Ribs.
You can also opt for an affordable business lunch to confirm your business deals in the company of good food and a sophisticated retreat. The 42-minute lunch with 2 or 3 courses starts from just AED 90.
The restaurant itself meets true New York fashion statements, through its urban décor mixed with a rustic and contemporary charm.
12. Jaleo by José Andrés
Address: Atlantis The Royal, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Phone: +971 4 426 2800
The world-renowned Spanish-American chef José Andrés opened his new restaurant branch in Dubai in 2023, after gaining much recognition in America.
Jaleo is among the newly opened restaurants in Dubai located in the luxurious Atlantis The Royal. The chef promises to infuse every plate with authentic Spanish flavors mixed with the festive spirits of Dubai.
The menu they have curated for their Dubai branch has nothing short of memorable flavors. The tapas, paellas, sangria, and a wide variety of Spanish-cured meats and cheese capture the true essence of Spanish culture.
However, if you feel intimidated by the complex names and flavors, you can go for the Chef Tasting Menu, in which the chef will offer you all the featured dishes over multiple courses.

The oceanic breeze, breathtaking views of Burj Al Arab, and a phenomenal day and night dining experience cast a spell on every person who visits Verde Beach in Dubai.
The food and drinks menu is a bit pricier than other new restaurants on this list. You can expect to spend a minimum of AED 500 at this restaurant.
The restaurant requests all guests to adhere to an elegant and casual dress code. After you are done relishing in the classic taste of Mediterranean cuisine, you can take a stroll on the cool sands of Jumeirah Beach to completely enjoy the charm of Dubai.
14. Rüya
Address: The Palm, The St. Regis, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Phone: +971 4 218 0065
This Turkish new fine dining in Dubai promises an Anatolian feast for all food enthusiasts in the city.
The Smokey eggplant hummus, kunafa, and Nazar sour (an attractive blue cocktail) – the signature cocktail at Rüya, are just some of the food items that charm the visitors of this new Turkish restaurant in Dubai.
The restaurant is indeed one of the best new restaurants in Dubai offering a pleasant surprise to all those who step through its doors for the first time, with the delicate, artistic presentation of lights, and innovative food menu, to the breathtaking views of Palm Jumeirah. You can either sit in the main dining room, hang out at the bar, or wander out to the terrace to enjoy the impressive al fresco dining experience.
Again, the price range of this restaurant lies on the expensive side. But given the modern and high-end seating arrangement with a view, the experience at Rüya Dubai justifies the money you spend here.
15. Masti – Cocktails & Cuisine

The commitment of Masti to showcase its Indian culture is evident from the prints and colors you’ll find everywhere in the restaurant. A giant painted glass wall can be the perfect backdrop for your next Instagram post.

This new Japanese restaurant on the ground level of DIFC Dubai was founded by Carole Moawad, who wanted to bring her childhood culinary dreams to reality.
For those who crave a bit of Japanese cuisine fused with Mediterranean and European flavors, Uchi is one the best newly opened restaurants in Dubai to go to. The menu is a soulful dedication to authentic Japanese flavors, which is evident from the classics like crispy wagyu sushi, small bites of steamed or grilled Edamame, and sweet delights like Yu-Ci-Oh – a Wild Berry Tuile!
The restaurant also embraces seasonal changes by using fresh fish from the Tsukiji market in Tokyo. The sophisticated Japanese Whiskey Services also add excitement to the culinary innovations for those who come to celebrate it.
The interior also presents an artful display of traditional and contemporary materials, with a heavy focus on Rosewood, Emerald Green Quartzite, and the Mappa Burl – a highly expensive and decorative veneer.
17. Josette
Address: ICD Brookfield Place, Trade Centre, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Phone: +971 4 275 2522
Josette is stealing hearts left and right as one of the most glamorous and aesthetic new restaurants in Dubai. And what made this restaurant redefine the interior design standards among its competitors is the smart collaboration with a London-based artist.
The enchanting ambiance and live performances take you on a Parisian journey, and the menu displays a classic French menu.
We have seen some impressive Parisian restaurants in Dubai. But Josette has its own calibre and one of the best new restaurants in Dubai.
Plush cushioned sofas surround tables covered with crisp and white tablecloths, and the checkered floor contrasts wildly with the soft pink walls. The pillars throughout the place adorned with mirrors, sophisticated paintings on the walls, and light fixtures on the walls set up a romantic setting for all those who want a change from the glitz and glamour of Dubai.
18. The 305

The open-air dining area directly on the beach serves you a culinary fusion of American and coastal flavors, so keep your slippers on or dip your toes in the warm sand while you enjoy your food, it’s your choice.

They prepare their foods using authentic Indian recipes, so that every table is served a steaming hot serving of Paya Yakhni Shorba, Bharwan Aloo Nazakat, Tandoori Chicken, or other mouthwatering items.
The desserts themselves reflect distinctive Indian flavors. We couldn’t resist and ended up ordering not one but two desserts – Malai Ka Motichur and Saffron Milk Cake.

23. Pickl JBR
Address: The Walk, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Phone: +971 44 472 481
When it comes to burgers, we believe in the supremacy of Pickl.
The burger brand recently opened a new restaurant In JBR. Now you must be thinking about what sets this one apart from hundreds of other new restaurants in Dubai serving burgers. I mean, they’re just burgers.
We love Pickl because of how fresh their burgers are. And by fresh, we mean steaming hot, soft buns, fries that are still crispy when they reach your table, and cheese that is still oozing out of your burger. The double cheeseburger is our most requested item whenever we visit this place. And what we love the most, even more than the fresh burgers, is the freedom to add your choice of lettuce white onion, chili pickles, and many more spices to your burger, just the way you like it.
The interior of this new fine dining in Dubai is typical of what you would expect from a burger brand. Pristine and minimalist wooden tables and plastic chairs add to the laid-back style of the restaurant.
