Meet the Cast of MAMMA MIA! in Abu Dhabi
The bold and independent Donna Sheridan is the foundation of the famous film series. MAMMA MIA! musical in Abu Dhabi hands over this iconic role to none other than Steph Parry, a seasoned West End performer. Combined with vocal strength and emotionally charged performances, Steph will deliver as memorable an experience as she did during her performances in Wicked, Billy Elliot, and 42nd Street.
Alongside her is Ellie Kingdon as Sophie Sheridan. Fitting the role of Donna’s curious daughter, whose quest to discover her father’s identity, Ellie’s powerful presence will light up stages just like it did during Grease and Guys and Dolls.
Guests can also expect to be delighted by the three possible candidates that could be Sophie’s dad;

Production Details
The international tour, directed by Phyllida Lloyd and produced by Judy Craymer, Richard East, and Björn Ulvaeus is meant to make guests feel immersed in the musical world of MAMMA MIA! as though they’ve been transported to the fictional island of Kalokairi. Though it may be hard to only concentrate on the cast, considering the choreography, lighting, costume design, and orchestration are all staying true to their award-winning potential.
The jukebox musical MAMMA MIA! will feature the music of Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus, former members of the Swedish pop group ABBA, with a book by British playwright Catherine Johnson.
